Here's some suggestions to make a magical moment...
Make a list...check it twice and make sure that you have allocated some private time just for you and your love.
Farm out the kids, disconnect the phone and spend a quiet evening at home--just the two of you.
Give your love the gift of yourself...sneak little love notes into his or her pocketsor briefcase.
Create a memory album dedicated to your love. Include pictures of yourselves together and add little notes about "your song," favorite memories, magical moments of the past. Then, share them as a special private Christmas present.
Swap least favorite chores...if you loathe dishwashing and he hates carrying out the garbage...Switch chores for just one week.
Rent a romantic Christmas movie...such as "It's A Wonderful Life"...and watch it. Then speculate together what your lives might be without one another and just how much you each enrich the other's life.
Create a Christmas scene in the bedroom. Buy fragrant and colorful candles and illuminate the room with them. Have a chilled bottle of champagne and two glasses waiting (preferably your wedding glasses.) Melt some milk chocolate and buy some out-of-season strawberries to munch on while you lounge and remember previous Christmases.
Read Shakespearean love sonnets to one another.
