All Casey and Sean wanted to do was sell the salve they sent away for from a magazine ad. Their intentions were good. They wanted to help Grandma with food money. Because they didn't read all the instructions that came with the salve, much sadness and heartache would be experienced before the problem would be resolved.

Carol's style of writing makes each character stand out as a vivid reminder of the past. As I have read each of her books, it has jogged wonderful memories of my own childhood. This woman is a wonderful story teller and I truly enjoy her books from start to finish.
